A Galactic Time Workshop: It is based on the Mayan Calender and Jose Arguelles' Dreamspell. The Arcturians from the star system Arturus gave the Mayans this Calender and also channelled the Dreamspell. The Galactic Federation encorages us to learn Galactic Time Because our civilisation will become a galactic civilisation in the near future.
